ABSTRACT
Objective To establish the method for determination of caffeic acid in Yinpujiedu Tablets by HPLC. Methods Stationary phase was Lichrospher-C18 (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m), mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric (26:74), detection wavelength was 323 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve were linear in the range of 0.778～2.72 ?g for caffeic acid (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.80%, RSD was 0.56%. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient for the operation. It is very accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yinpujiedu Tablets.
ABSTRACT
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Dahuang Zhechong Tablets. Methods Stationary phase was C18 column (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m), mobile phase was acetonitrice-0.1% phosphoric (14∶86), detection wavelength was 230 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of 0.10～0.90 ?g, r =0.999 7. The average recovery was 99.98% with RSD=0.81% (n =6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, with good reproducibility and high precision, and can be used to control the quality of Dahuang Zhechong Tablets effectively.

Objective:To study the effects of cyclosporine A coadministrated with azathioprine,mycophenolate, mizorihine,rapamycin and/or prednisone on liver function in renal transplant recipients.Method:The drug history records of 600 renal transplant recipients in 1995 to 2005 were retrospectively investigated.Biochemical indexes before and after the treatment with cyclosporine A coadministrated with other immunosuppressants were analyzed.Result:The liver damage was found in 109 cases(18.2%)among 600 cases.The blood concentrations of cyclosporine A in the group with abnormal liver functions were significantly higher than those in the group with normal liver functions(P
